Dispatch items back within: 14 days of delivery

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item if there is a problem.
Returns must reach us within 14 days of delivery.
We are always happy to help with an exchange as sometimes items can fit differently on different body shapes though we do our best to give as many measurements as we can to give you a full and rounded feel for the items we carry.
Please do message with queries though before purchase if you are unsure - we will always be happy to help.

Unfortunately we are unable to cover return postage costs to us for items returned for refund or exchange.
We are also unable to refund on any customs fees paid by the client to receive an order sent by us. We give the best and safest postage options with tracking on most items if you have any queries please contact us before placing an order and we will be happy to answer your questions.

Even though we always go for the best most secure postage option by choice we understand that a cheaper un tracked option is more appealing to some, if you would prefer that option please message us and we will make order adjustments for you. We can't however be held responsible for orders utilising this option once they leave us.

All of our clothing garments are despatched with a clothing tag attached, if you wish to return a garment this label must still be attached to the item and in unworn condition.

We pride ourselves on making sure your items leave our postal department without a price visible on the chosen treasure so you can send it directly as a gift without any pricing value visible to the recipient .
We gift wrap as much as we can in high quality tissue paper and a 'gift message' can be added should you wish leave us a note on your order details we are happy to make this a most pleasurable experience x
